Very classy. Stewart should have stayed off the the relationship questions. I thought it was unnecessary to go there.
Also, I just feel for the guy. His eyes are just NOT smiling. It has to be very hard to try to keep up a front at the interviews and photo ops. My heart is just sick for him. He is such a nice guy and he's having to deal with such a personal, private matter in front of such insensitive interviewers.
I really think that honor and compassion has disappeared completely. Just because a person is famous should not give anyone permission to ask private and personal things in a public interview. That is just about the most cruel and insensitive thing I am seeing today-- and we see it everyday-- all the time.
The only reason I choose to believe this break up is not one cheap publicity scam to promote movies and it is all part of a big play is that I trust Rob and I trust he has values as a person and as an actor that won't let him take part in a marketing plan to keep the hype up like other actors do. He will do great for who he is for bringing honesty and humanity to celeb world that is oozing fake and this is for me why I value him so much - I hope I know what I am talking about and not think that I know - had to get that off my chest x
I don't believe it's a scam either. But I think there has to be a lot going on behind the scenes privately that no one knows. The media is just going all over the place with unfounded stories about Kristen and Rob. Knowing how private they both have been in the past, they are not commenting on anything substantive to the press right now. I have seen some of the Rob interviews where the interviewer has tried to get Rob to talk and he simply does not talk about it. He gives them nothing which is really the only thing he should do-- this whole thing and its aftermath is very personal and private-- and so far he is keeping it that way. He is giving away absolutely nothing. And I for one am happy to see that he is strong enough to deflect all of their nonsensical and intrusive questioning and comment.
The one thing he did say and I hope he follows through with is that he is going to hire a publicist. If he had one, he would not be subjected to such idiotic interviews. He is promoting his movie and so far the bulk of the questions have nothing to do with his movie. That is so wrong on so many levels. The media has just become so slimy and tacky. I can hardly even watch most of it anymore.
i want that publicist position :)
Ha!! You'd be an excellent publicist for Rob-- you have done an excellent job of keeping things on this blog as upbeat and classy as possible. You would know exactly how to keep the interviewers in line.
However--you need to get your green card first!!
lol yes! I need me one Green Card! but if he gives me the job he should get me the visa too lol do u hear me Rob? :))I'd volunteer too! anything for Rob x
