I don't think so. But what I do know is he took the kiss that Jacob gave bella pretty well. but I think it's just wrong, for her to have feelings for both, she should really just pick one.
She did pick one, from the start she picked him. Jacob is a pushy and stubborn little mutt, that won't take No for an answer. And because Edward knows that, hence his mind reading ability, he copes with the kiss. Bella really didn't kiss him because she wanted to, she kissed him because he said he was going to get himself killed to help her make the decision she'd already made.
